Caring for your tumbler is very easy, and I will include a care instructions card with your order. All cup companies recommend hand washing only. This means no soaking & no dishwasher. Please hand wash to ensure the longevity of the cup. Dishwashers ruin the vacuum and your cup will not stay hot and cold as long as it should.
No!! Each cup is covered with several layers of clear coat to make sure your cup is as smooth as glass; the decals are even sealed under the sealer. I strive to make sure every cup is finished smoothly and completely. This is why my cups take several weeks to complete.
Of course!! I am always looking to add new decals and designs to my shop. Please don’t be discouraged if you don’t see what you are looking for! Just complete the contact form so we can discuss the details of your idea. If it is something I can’t do, I will tell you however I do like new challenges!
Production time is currently 3-4 full weeks as each item is made to order unless otherwise noted. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. Delivery time after shipping will vary based on where you are located. We are not responsible for USPS delays or re-shipping charges for an order if the address was given incorrectly.
Please note: During Christmas it becomes longer as there are many orders and only one of me 🙂
I am happy to accommodate rush orders if I can. If however you need it by a certain date for a trip, etc, please send me an email or FB message to see if we can accommodate you first. If not and you really want it rushed, a separate invoice will be sent to include the rush order fee. I do try not to charge for rush orders and be very accommodating, but if I have to rearrange schedules or lose sleep, there will be a fee. Please understand that if special supplies are needed, I can not control other companies shipping.
In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you broken, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your item. We also require that you send us photographs of the item(s) that are broken or incorrect. Any emails sent after 3 days of arrival will not be fixed. A replacement item will be sent back to you within 4 weeks.
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept returns for items that have been used. Please review your order carefully and be sure to ask any questions before ordering. If you are ordering something monogrammed, please be sure to leave your monogram correctly in the notes to seller box when you checkout.
The proper monogram is as follows:
first initial, last initial, middle initial. For example: my favorite monogram is mLs -Molly Sue Lee.
If you order is missing information, the processing time for your order will be delayed. I will email you or FB message you from the info you have provided. Please double check your contact info you are giving me.
Also holiday times are very busy and while I work longer hours, production time increases.
Finally, I live in the Pocono Mountains and at times we have large snowstorms that can cause extensive power outages. These storms can cause delays.

Yes! I have done bulk orders many times. Let me know exactly the item and the number and I will give you a quote. Please note that my prices are very reasonable so major discounts for bulk orders are not possible.
Unfortunately, the USPS keeps raising it’s prices. I do not charge for handling or materials. I also use an online service to figure out the lowest cost shipping available.
